Production notes
Sustainable farming. HVE 3 certified. Selective harvesting. Cold pre-fermentation maceration. Aged in French and American oak barrels for 8 months.
Tasting notes
A rather intense ruby color. Quite a powerful nose, opening with vegetal notes and ripe red fruit. Subtle hints of undergrowth. Let yourself be charmed by this dry red wine with its refreshing acidity and rich tannins. The palate recalls flavors of ripe red fruit and wood. It reveals a full-bodied mouthfeel followed by a lingering finish.
