Production notes
Sustainable agriculture. South - southeast exposure. Vines over 60 years old, pruned using the gobelet method. Hand-picked grapes with selective sorting in the vineyard, traditional semi-carbonic maceration lasting 12 to 14 days with temperature control. Aged for 6 months, 30% in oak barrels over 5 years old and 70% in stainless steel vats.
Tasting notes
A wine with a deep purple-red color. The nose is dominated by fruity, floral, and spicy notes. Let yourself be charmed by this red wine with its great freshness and tight tannins. True to the aromas perceived on the nose, it asserts itself with flavors of strawberry, raspberry, sweet spices, and peony. It reveals a supple texture that lingers in a persistent finish.
