Production notes
Cold fermentation with aromatic yeast strains to enhance the zest of the Sauvignon Blanc. A certain percentage was fermented on the skins, adding an extra dimension of complexity.
Tasting notes
Fresh and lively aromas of kiwi, passion fruit, and lemongrass with subtle herbal notes. On the palate, fresh citrus and tropical fruit flavors follow one another, ending with a nice acidity.
