Production notes
The estate is situated in the Pierres Dorées region on ochre-yellow clay-limestone soils. This region has been renowned for producing fine white wines since the 19th century. The wine is vinified using Burgundian methods in stainless steel vats to preserve the freshness of the Chardonnay grape. After fermentation, the wine is aged on fine lees for six months, which lends it complexity.
Tasting notes
Aromatic, it has a delicate buttery quality, is naturally free of oak, and offers lovely freshness and minerality on the finish.
