Production notes

Hand-picked, whole bunch pressed, alcoholic fermentation at alcoholic fermentation at 17°C and malolactic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Ageing on laths in traditional crayères for a minimum of 30 months. After dosage, the wines are rested for a further 2 to 6 months before shipping. Between 40 and 50 reserve wines are used to ensure perfect regularity.

Tasting notes

Crystal-clear color, fine, persistent bubbles. Full, airy nose, with subtle subtle overtones of white flowers, citrus and white fruit. A clean attack on the palate. Aromas of pear, honeysuckle and vine flowers. Well-balanced wine with good length. Very pure.
