Production notes

40% Pinot Noir, 40% Meunier, 20% Chardonnay. Between 40 and 50% reserve wines are used to ensure perfect regularity, and to improve quality as the wines age. Hand-picked, whole bunch pressed. Aged on laths in traditional crayères for a minimum of 30 months. After dosage, the wines are rested for a further 2 to 6 months before shipping.

Tasting notes

Eye: Pale gold color. Fine, persistent bubbles. // Nose: Intense and rich. // Palate: Lively attack followed by a creamy sensation that rounds out the palate with fruity flavors of tangerine and apricot. Full-bodied and generous, rich on the palate.
