Production notes
The grapes are gently pressed. The first fermentation takes place at a temperature of between 18 and 22°C. The second fermentation occurs in the bottle using the traditional method. This Crémant is then aged for at least 12 months on lees before the final stage of disgorging.
Tasting notes
Light colour, golden yellow with brilliant highlights. A crisp, fruity nose with notes of white flowers, green apples and white peaches. Fresh on the palate, with lovely acidity that lends liveliness and balances the fruity aromas; silky, fine bubbles.
