Production notes
Cold skin contact for 2 days, followed by a 5 day fermentation with controlled temperatures at 23ºC. Soft maceration. After fermentation the wine aged for 3 months in american oak barrels.
Tasting notes
Aroma: Raspberry and cassis. Palate: Red fruits, medium-bodied with refined tannins. Very smooth and pleasant after taste. Serve between 16 and 18ºC.
