Production notes

The finest regional grapes are selected: a concentrated  and bold Shiraz from the valley floor, a dry-farmed Mataro, and a lively, unadulterated Grenache. The grapes are crushed using a mechanical basket press. Fermentation and manual punching down of the skins take place in traditional open-top concrete vats. The wines from each plot are aged separately in two types of French oak barrels.

Tasting notes

Like an adventurous child, it starts off lively and fruity, then gradually reveals its underlying spice and complexity. Its deeper notes evoke breathtaking adventures, conjuring up images of carefree, fearless days spent outdoors that stretch on forever. Aromas of ripe raspberry and chocolate. The generous palate of juicy berries is rounded off by spicy vanilla oak and a silky finish.
