Production notes

Complex terroir, a veritable mosaic of soils, at an altitude of 1100 metres. Hand-harvested in 12 kg crates. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation, with contact between juice and skins for 12 hours. Aged on lees for 8 months in stainless steel tanks, stirring the lees twice a week. Natural sedimentation in vats throughout the winter.

Tasting notes

Brilliant pale gold color. Springtime nose of white flowers and roses. More structured than a classic dry Muscat. Good acidity and freshness, seductive finish.
